Crazy for snow to be like this in Virginia in December. I can remember some really bad snowstorms from when I was a teen. Lived in PA and then MA , I recall a two week stretch in MA where the schools were closed on account of snow. That year we built snow forts in the front yards, tunneling through the plodded up snow banks. They went from one yard to another sometimes.
